Yoga Sculpt is a total body workout designed to sculpt major muscle groups by combining yoga postures with small hand weights and cardio bursts for a maximum calorie-burning effect. This class has a strong focus on strength and intensity.

Phenomenal setup! Loved the gym, the space and especially the classes! Sydney’s TRX Bootcamp is AMAZING!
