TRX Bootcamp is a fat burning, core strengthening, muscle strengthening, full-body workout. You will move through a series of stations using the TRX bands, kettlebell, medicine balls, agility ladders and much more. This is a functional training class that will keep your body guessing as you are pushed to your max. This class is for ALL FITNESS LEVELS beginners to intermediate fitness enthusiasts.
One stop shop for all of your fitness needs. Steve Edmunds, the manager, is great. He is extremely attentive to members and the gym. I always see that guy cleaning up, racking weights and keeping the place pristine. Highly recommend CAC if you live in Charlotte or if you're swinging through!
