TRX Bootcamp is a fat burning, core strengthening, muscle strengthening, full-body workout. You will move through a series of stations using the TRX bands, kettlebell, medicine balls, agility ladders and much more. This a a functional training class that will keep your body guessing as you are pushed to your max.
