Power Yoga is a Vinyasa flow class based on fluid movement, synchronized breathing and posture.  This is a dynamic style flow in which the movements flow together, invigorating the mind and body while increasing body heat and building stamina.

This is open to all but basic knowledge of yoga poses is helpful.
