Experience Mat Pilates
at Charlotte Athletic Club

This class restarts in October 2023! Mat Pilates will focus on strengthening the body's "powerhouse," a Pilates term that refers to your abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes.  Pilates can aid in flexibility and improving posture as stretching your body is a vital part of overall health.

One stop shop for all of your fitness needs. Steve Edmunds, the manager, is great. He is extremely attentive to members and the gym. I always see that guy cleaning up, racking weights and keeping the place pristine. Highly recommend CAC if you live in Charlotte or if you're swinging through!
