HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), is a class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. Characterized by short spouts of full-body work followed by short periods of rest, these classes are designed to push you harder than you would push yourself and to always keep your body guessing.

One stop shop for all of your fitness needs. Steve Edmunds, the manager, is great. He is extremely attentive to members and the gym. I always see that guy cleaning up, racking weights and keeping the place pristine. Highly recommend CAC if you live in Charlotte or if you're swinging through!
