Experience Extreme Bootcamp
at Charlotte Athletic Club

This 45 min Functional Training format is structured around getting in a full body workout.  You will use exercise equipment such as battleropes, medicine balls, row machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, agility ladders & body-weight movements.

Not one workout is ever the same!
