A high intensity, martial arts inspired class.  In this 45 minute class the focus will be on punching combinations on a heavy bag, individual and partner work on the focus mitts, bootcamp drills and agility elements all mixed into one class.  Expect your limits to be pushed as this format will aid in getting you in the best shape of your life.

Phenomenal setup! Loved the gym, the space and especially the classes! Sydney’s TRX Bootcamp is AMAZING!
