Battle of the Ropes
at Charlotte Athletic Club
Our newest signature HIIT class: Battle of the Ropes uses the battle ropes, weights, cardio and core exercises circuit-style to give you the perfect well-rounded team workout. We will end this class with a competition so bring your "A" game. You'll leave this class sweating and feeling accomplished!
Skill Level: Advanced *If you want to try this class and do not feel you're at an advanced level, please arrive early to class and let the instructor know.
