Class Overview
Experience Basic Weight Training
at Charlotte Athletic Club

Expect to focus on the technique of certain heavy "lifts" personally picked out by your instructor. This class will teach you how to spot a partner properly, lift heavy, squat heavy, press heavy, and so much more. Learn to lift safely and effectively while being challenged to use more weight!

One stop shop for all of your fitness needs. Steve Edmunds, the manager, is great. He is extremely attentive to members and the gym. I always see that guy cleaning up, racking weights and keeping the place pristine. Highly recommend CAC if you live in Charlotte or if you're swinging through!
