Our barre classes are based on technique inspired by elements of ballet, strength, flexibility, and mobility. We hit all muscle groups with small, integrated movements, developing balance and endurance from the ankles up through the calves, knees, thighs, glutes, core and upper body.
Phenomenal setup! Loved the gym, the space and especially the classes! Sydney’s TRX Bootcamp is AMAZING!
