Based upon the concepts developed by Joseph Pilates, this series of mat-based exercises will strengthen the abdominals, glutes and lower back. The perfect injury prevention addition to any fitness goal. All levels are welcome.

power pilates

This mat-based pilates class will strengthen, stretch, and challenge your entire body, especially your core. It’s a wonderful compliment to all sports and fitness regimens. All levels are welcome.

kickboxing bootcamp

Multiple strengthening techniques are combined with intervals of kickboxing combinations. You will definitely work up a good sweat in this class, soldier! All levels are welcome.

cycle sculpt express

This interval style class combines the heart-pumping, adrenaline boosting effects of a cycling workout with the body toning, cross benefits of upper-body weight work and core strengthening. No impact required, results guaranteed and back to the office before the boss...that equals one great midday workout! All levels are welcome.

wake up and work out

Start your morning off right with this functional strength class & invigorate your entire body. This upbeat workout will incorporate a variety of exercises and utilize many different pieces of equipment to add variety to your workout routine. It’s better than a cup of joe to start your morning!

boot camp cycle

An interval circuit that combines athletic conditioning drills with cycling to create a total body conditioning & cardiovascular workout like no other! All levels are welcome.

yoga

Yoga classes at Charlotte Athletic Club are based primarily in the Vinyasa Flow method, which combines fluid movement and breath. We offer all levels, from beginner style classes to the more advanced power class forms. Click here for more details.

Our professional instructors are trained to give you consistently effective workouts, while adjusting the exercises to allow for any variable, from fitness level varieties to post-injury rehab. Please inform the instructor if you are pregnant, have a physical condition, or a previous injury prior to the start of any class, and always check with your physician before beginning any workout regimen.
