A late arrival could result in a reduction of treatment time so that later appointments can begin on time.

Gratuities are not included in the price of services or gift cards.
For outstanding service, gratuities generally average 15-20% of the treatment price.
Use of cellular phones and electronic devices is not permitted beyond the reception area.
Gift cards are available for purchase at the spa, by phone or online.
