Personal training is available for individuals, couples and groups.

solo

Work one-on-one with a trainer to achieve your fitness goals. Your trainer will help you customize a unique program and monitor your progress.

30, 45 and 60 minutes sessions are available.

couples

No time for quality time? Work it in to your workout.

Package includes ten 30-minute training sessions.

group

Grab your friends and add some competition to your training.

Maximum of six people per group.
