This 90-day program is a complete package to transform your body. This program is tailored to each client's unique needs, but sessions take place in a group setting.

- Nutritional advice and meal planning
- 4 days of workouts
- A complete assessment and goal setting session prior to program commencement
- Workouts will continually change to keep your body burning calories at a high level and keep your muscles challenged.
- The program is separated into 3 phases that are 30 days each with a week of assessments and testing.
- Your trainers will be able to customize your workouts to ensure you safely achieve your results.
Group classes begin January 19 with new sessions starting every 97 days.
