cancellations:
Appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged in full. Appointments cancelled with more than 24-hour noticed may be rescheduled with no penalty. You can cancel your appointment by calling 704-371-5600.
Arrival:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. A late arrival could result in a reduction of treatment time so that later appointments can begin on time.
Health Considerations:
To avoid possible contraindications, please inform our staff of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, prescription medications and special assistance requirements.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included in the price of services or gift cards. For outstanding service, gratuities generally average 15-20% of the treatment price.
Cellular phones and other electronic devices:
Use of cellular phones and electronic devices is not permitted beyond the reception area.
